Surgery prices quoted are for planning purposes only to assist you in budgeting. These estimated prices are for standard, non-complicated cases. Definite prices cannot be provided until after your pre-surgery consultation with the surgeon. Please take into consideration that any additional surgery, nights in hospital, medications, personal nursing must be paid to either Surgical Escapes or the hospital/clinic in case and depending on the decisions and arrangements at the time of care. The package does not include charges for additional hospitalization should a complication arise. The surgery cost is calculated in U$D thus subject to possible exchange rate fluctuation. The fee is all-inclusive whilst in Argentina/South Africa. The specialist surgeons are fully registered and certified with the correct insurance to operate on overseas patients.
Due to the nature of our services we will need to make advance bookings & reservations, so we are compelled to charge 25% (non refundable) of the total package cost to be deposited at least 30 days before date of arrival.
Once all is agreed upon such as the surgeon, procedure(s), accommodation and other services the client will have to pay the remaining 75%. This payment must be made 7 days before date of arrival. Payments should be made via a money transfer with Western Union (for Argentina) and via a Bank Transfer for South Africa.
After payment has been received confirmation of the receipt thereof will be forwarded to the client as proof of payment received as to avoid any discrepancies.

Due to the favorable exchange rate of the Peso - U$D (3:1) or the Rand - U$D (7:1) medical procedures are very affordable in Argentina and in South Africa. Prices for the same procedures in countries such as the USA and Europe are very expensive.
